Make a list of the things that you need to do every day and keep the time record too do that you can easily remove At Least daily some quality time for yourself.
Prepare a List in the Office Before Leaving
This is a very good habit at office if you follow it on daily basis. Whenever you are about to leave from office ,make a list of things that you need to do tomorrow in the office. This will make your office’s work schedule sorted. They next day when you come to office, you will be absolutely aware about what all stuffs is pending and what all is needed to be done. Same formula you can use at home also.
Define the Border Between work and home
No matter if it is office or home, quarrels and misunderstanding happens both way. We spend maximum time of our day at office too. If some misunderstanding happens in office, leave it there only otherwise it will ruin your whole day even if same thing happens at home too, leave all the grudges the very next moment. Transparency is important in every aspect of life weather it is home, office or any relationship. Keeping things clear makes them stronger. Whatever happens in your office life with you, you should have a habit of sharing it in the home too. It keeps them aware of what is happening in your office. It’s not that if you don’t share or keep transparency ,they won’t trust you, it’s that you share with them the things that is happening around you.
